Theodore Bobby, 86, of Butler passed away Thursday at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born in Lyndora, Oct. 19, 1923, he was the son of the late Peter and Anna Bobby.

He is retired from Butler Armco.

A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Bobby was a member of St John's Byzantine Catholic Church, VFW Post 249 and American Legion Post 778 of Lyndora.

Surviving are his wife, Irene Lankewicz Bobby, to whom he was married for 60 years; a son, Theodore N. Bobby and his wife, Kathie, of Gibsonia; a daughter, Teresa Milkovich of Butler; a brother, George Bobby; a sister, Helen Sciulli; and five grandchildren, Tarah Betty of Butler, Matthew Bobby of Gibsonia, Christopher Bobby of Gibsonia, Shaun Milkovich of Butler and Cory Milkovich of Butler.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Bobby; five brothers; and a sister.

<B>BOBBY</B> — Friends of Theodore Bobby, who died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Martin Funeral Home</B>, 429 Center Ave, Butler. A funeral liturgy will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John's Byzantine Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Bob Oravetz, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Parastas services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Military honors will be accorded by VFW Post 249 and American Legion Post 778 at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Information also is available at www.martinfh.net.
