Samuel M. Clicquennoi III
Samuel M. Clicquennoi III, 67, of Butler passed away Friday at home after a short battle with cancer.
He was born July 1, 1942, in Butler, the son of Mildred (Sinkavich) Clicquennoi of Renfrew and the late Samuel M. Clicquennoi II.
Samuel was of Catholic faith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a "Jack of all Trades" who enjoyed fishing, knife making and book collecting. He was an Eagle Scout and a Scout master. He was an electrician by trade and was a member of IBEW Local #5 of Pittsburgh.
Surviving are his mother; three sisters, Ellie Lojek of Butler with whom he made his home for the last seven years, Gail Ann Clicquennoi of Renfrew and Linda L. McCarren of Renfrew; a special niece, Deborha and Gary Elliott of Butler; two special great nephews, Brock and Cory Elliott of Butler; a number of nieces, nephews, great nephews and nieces; great-great nephew and nieces; and his dog and companion, Dutchess.
He was preceded in death by his father.
