Foster C. Baughman, 86, of Butler passed away at 3:37 p.m. Sunday at Sugar Creek Rest Inc. in Worthington.

He was born April 10, 1923, in Butler, the son of the late James Baughman and the late Daisy (Cochran) Baughman.

He worked at the ARC Workshop and was in group homes and then later in the family-living program.

He liked to bowl and to do puzzles, and he loved animals.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

Jefferson St., Butler, with the Rev. Nathan Bramlet, chaplain at Sugar Creek Rest, officiating.
