A-C Valley bows in KSAC title tilt

Reed Terwilliger scored 17 points and added eight rebounds, but the A-C Valley boys basketball team coughed up a halftime lead in a 56-53 loss to North Clarion in the Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference boys basketball championship game Saturday.

Jeremy Schmader scored 25 points for North Clarion (19-3).

Blayne McGuirk pitched in 16 points for the Falcons (21-2), who saw their 15-game winning streak snapped. A-C Valley will open the District 9 Class A playoffs at home Friday.
