4:14 p.m. Wednesday — One person was hurt when cars driven by Christopher Traggiai, 38, of Boyers and Federico Grego, 53, of Butler collided on Jefferson Street. Virginia Duris, 26, of Wellsville, Ohio, a passenger in Traggiai's car, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries.

4:16 p.m. Wednesday — A Pittsburgh woman was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash in Worth Township.Police said Kelsey A. Graven, 21, suffered a major injury when a car she was driving and a sport utility vehicle driven by Russell O. Hilton, 33, of New Castle collided at Route 108 and Interstate 79. Her condition was not known this morning.Thomas P. Rarick, 21, of Glassport, Allegheny County, a passenger in the car, suffered a minor injury. Graven was cited for a stop sign violation.2:40 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Susan M. Lemon, 22, of Zelienople crashed into a utility pole along Route 108 in Slippery Rock Township. Lemon, who suffered a minor injury, was cited for driving too fast for conditions.5 p.m. Feb. 5 — A car driven by Robert D. Detwiler, 53, of Worthington, Armstrong County, struck the side of a van he was trying to pass on snow-covered Route 422 near Wesley Lane in Summit Township.Detwiler's vehicle slid across the road after the collision and hit a car driven by Jerry L. Bowser, 50, of Kittanning, who suffered a minor injury.Detwiler was cited for driving at an unsafe speed. Betty J. Barnette, 39, of Kittanning was driving the van.
