The Moniteau Decathlon Team competed in the third Academic Decathlon Competition at Gannon University.

The team finished second after the Collegiate Academy and placed second overall in the super quiz relay. The event focused on prepared speeches, interviews, essays, super quiz and economics.

Phil Kristufek finished third overall in the scholastic division while

Tony Miller finished first.

Clarissa Kimmey finished first overall in the honors division.
