Nulph 50th anniversary
Larry and Ruth Nulph of Butler will celebrate 50 years of marriage Dec. 19 with a dinner with family and friends at the Lake Arthur Country Club.
Nulph married the former Ruth Roselli on Dec. 19, 1959, at First United Methodist Church in Butler.
They have two children, Cindy Nulph Reilly of Burke, Va., and Debbie Nulph of Butler.
They also have one grandchild.
Nulph is retired from Pullman Standard. He is a member of the Lion's Club and plays senior softball in the winter in Bonita Springs, Fla. He also volunteers for Meals on Wheels and Air Heritage.
Mrs. Nulph is a retired school nurse. She is a member of her church choir and the Sweet Adeline chorus. She is the leader of the Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) support group and a member of the Butler Genealogy Club and Butler Memorial Hospital Alumnae. She also volunteers for Meals on Wheels.The Nulphs are members of Christ Community United Methodist Church.
