1:55 a.m. Sunday — Crystal Brooks, 24, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Herman Road in Summit Township.6 a.m. Saturday — An unknown vehicle hit an embankment in a yard off Saxonburg Boulevard in Clinton Township before fleeing the scene. The car was described as having a loud exhaust.Friday — Peter Grujich, 55, reported the theft of an aluminum extension ladder, worth $150, from his Jefferson Township yard on Oak Drive between Thursday and Friday.Thursday — Charles Hall, 50, of Fairview Township reported the theft of an amount of money and a laptop computer from his house at 211 Basswood Road between 5 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Anyone with any information about the burglary should call police at 724-284-8100.Thursday — An unknown white female in her mid-40s stole a pure-bred Husky after it broke loose from John Buonpane's Chicora home at 101 Grandview Ave. The woman claimed the dog from the person who found it. Anyone with information should call 724-284-8100.Nov. 24 — An unknown burglar stole a rifle owned by Billy Joe Abrams, 28, of Butler from the residence of Raymond Luchkiw, 46, of Slippery Rock at 611 Kiester Road between 7 and 9 p.m.4:51 p.m. Nov. 21 — Someone made an unauthorized purchase using the credit card account of Clara Eastburn, 60, of Casa Grande, Ariz., at the Pilot Travelers Center gas station in Muddy Creek Township. Anyone with information about the incident should call 724-284-8100.

6:40 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Patricia Nichols, 71, of Grove City hit a utility pole off Airport Road. She was not injured.

Nov. 23 — Marie Crane, 67, of Perry Township reported access device fraud in which someone used her debit card number to make unauthorized purchases.
