4:12 p.m. Monday — Regis Bartell III, 34, of Renfrew was arrested for driving under the influence at Cupps Road and Partell Street. Police said Bartel also was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
2:54 p.m. Tuesday — A suspected drunken driver is accused of stopping at a Center Township car lot and going inside.But Sandra Kuza, 52, of Grove City didn't find a new car at Quality Auto Sales on Route 8, police said; she found a place to fall asleep.Kuza, who was seen staggering around the outside lot before going inside the business, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. Police said she also faces charges of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and several traffic violations.8:45 a.m. Sunday — A minivan driven by Andrew W. Killby, 17, of Renfrew and a car driven by Vincent P. Shuber, 47, of Butler collided at Spithaler School and Browns Mill roads in Forward Township. Police said Killby was cited for failing to yield the right of way.Nov. 28 — Jesse Lee Seelbaugh, 24, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of DUI after he was stopped for allegedly speeding on Route 8 near Family Traditions in Harrisville.
Tuesday — Police reported they are investigating a fraud case in which someone used an 85-year-old East Brady man's bank account and debit card information to obtain nearly $13,000 in cash, goods and services between July 16 and Oct. 26. The victim currently resides at a Sugarcreek Township nursing home.9:21 a.m. Monday — Linda L. Balchunas, 41, was hurt when she lost control of her sport utility vehicle, traveled down an embankment and into her own yard on Ferraro Road in North Buffalo Township. Balchunas was treated for minor injuries at ACMH Hospital in Kittanning.
