Lloyd W. Hiles, 83, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009, in Sun City, Ariz., from complications of Alzheimer's disease.

Lloyd was a Bradys Bend area native and a veteran of World War II.

Lloyd was predeceased by his son, Dennis.

He is survived by his wife, Loretta, of 60 years; four daughters; 11 grandsons; 11 great-grandsons; five great-granddaughters; and three sisters.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
