Ora Miller

Ora Miller of Harmony celebrated her 100th birthday with an open house at Evergreen Nursing Center.

The former Ora Pickard was born Nov. 25, 1909, in Beaver Falls. She married Irvin Miller on Aug. 28, 1928. He is deceased.

She has one child, Irvin Miller Jr. of Defiance, Md. Another child, Donald Miller, is deceased.

She also has seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Miller worked at Bell Telephone before her marriage. She was a homemaker and worked in the Rochester Hospital Kitchen.

Mrs. Miller enjoys quilting, sewing circle, needlepoint and embroidery.

She is a member of Sewickley Presbyterian Church.
