12:29 a.m. Friday — Ricky Ingle, 20, of Lyndora was charged with stalking, simple assault and harassment after officers responded to a domestic dispute on Bessemer Avenue.10:30 a.m. Thursday — A vehicle driven by Irmtraud Neer, 70, of Slippery Rock was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle on Whitestown Road. The suspect vehicle is a white, early 2000 model Buick sedan, which will have front-end damage and likely be missing a headlight assembly. Anyone with information should call police at 724-285-9600.Wednesday — A minivan driven by Matthew McConnell, 32, of Renfrew and an SUV driven by Mary Shepherd, 62, of New Castle collided on South Eberhart Road near Lifesteps. McConnell suffered a minor head injury.
12:40 a.m. Friday — Philip Carl Schnebel, 46, of Renfrew was charged with DUI and several traffic violations after he allegedly fled the scene after crashing his minivan on Brownsmill Road in Forward Township.4:30 p.m. Wednesday — Joseph R. Parker, 20, of Karns City was charged with simple assault and harassment following an altercation with his brother, Jesse J. Parker, 20, at their residence on Spruce Road in Karns City.3:15 p.m. Wednesday — An SUV driven by Charise L. Lutz, 22, of Callery and an SUV driven by Kacie E. Waugaman, 27, of Evans City collided on Route 68 in Forward Township. Lutz and Waugaman suffered minor injuries. Krystal D. McCune, 23, of Karns City was a passenger in Waugaman's vehicle and was not injured. Lutz was cited for following too closely.6:45 p.m. Monday — A car driven by John P. Munhall, 31, of Dublin, Ohio, and an SUV driven by Randy A. Hockenberry, 55, of Harmony collided on Hufnagle Road near Bauder School Road in Muddy Creek Township. No one was injured, and Munhall was cited for a traffic violation.Oct. 18 — Someone broke into a residence on Hoot Owl Road in Connoquenessing Township by kicking in the door, causing $250 in damage and stealing $6,659 belonging to William Snyder of Evans City between Oct. 16 and Oct. 18. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.6:25 p.m. Oct. 12 — James Melvin Shoup, 45, of Slippery Rock was charged with DUI and several traffic offenses after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a utility pole along Branchton Road in Slippery Rock Township. Shoup was not injured.
3:21 p.m. Friday — John Cogswell, 55, of Harrisville was charged with DUI after the pickup truck he was driving crashed into several trees and rolled onto its side along Browntown Road in Liberty Township.
