Wednesday — Police accused Richard B. Rotan, 48, of New Castle of groping a co-worker earlier this summer outside a group home for mentally challenged individuals on Remil Drive, where they worked.The accuser told police Rotan on Aug. 14 grabbed her buttocks and touched the front of her shorts and her inner thigh as she and other co-workers were at a picnic bench area behind the rear of the group home, according to court documents.Police on Oct. 1 spoke to the defendant, who allegedly admitted he touched the woman. He is charged with indecent assault.

Wednesday — Jouline L. Walker, 19, of Butler faces two felony drug charges for allegedly selling four Suboxone tablets to an undercover officer Aug. 24 in the city.Suboxone is a prescription drug used for treatment of addiction to opiates, including heroin.Walker is charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Wednesday — An unknown burglar stole unspecified items after breaking into a Stoney Hollow Road home in Winfield Township. The burglary occurred between 10 a.m. Monday and 9:45 a.m. Wednesday.Sept. 21 — Several items were stolen from a detached garage during an overnight break-in at a Murtland Road home in Concord Township.

Thursday — A Grove City man's motorcycle was stolen from Woodland Road in Findley Township. The theft occurred between 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
