5:02 p.m. Saturday — Michelle L. Robertson of Renfrew was charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after she allegedly stole $81.97 worth of items from Kmart.10:10 p.m. Oct. 1 — Felix Medina of Butler was charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance after police allegedly saw him driving a Jeep with a flat tire near Pullman Square.

12:58 p.m. Monday — An SUV driven by Eileen Fishel, 66, of Butler crashed into a tree along Lakeshore Drive in Center Township. Fishel was not injured.3:12 p.m. Sunday — A motorcycle ridden by Lynn J. John, 17, of Irving, N.Y., crashed into an embankment along Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. John, who was wearing a helmet, was taken by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh with major injuries.7 a.m. Sunday — Someone drove a vehicle through several yards in Lake Arthur Estates on Sechan Drive and Ida Mae Lane in Muddy Creek Township between 4:20 and 7 a.m. Sunday, damaging mailboxes, shrubbery and a lamp post. Anyone with information may call police at 724-284-8100.8 a.m. Saturday — Someone entered an unlocked vehicle belonging to Katrin Turner of Butler, stealing a half-carton of cigarettes, an iPod adapter and about 50 CDs between 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday while the vehicle was parked along Portman Road in Summit Township. 7:50 p.m. Oct. 5 — An SUV driven by Heidi L. Patterson, 28, of Stoneboro and a car driven by David A. Esposito, 54, of New Castle collided on Route 208 in Springfield Township. Both drivers, as well as five juvenile passengers in Patterson's vehicle, were uninjured. Patterson was cited for failure to yield.
