6:27 p.m. Wednesday — Marie Wissman, no age given, of Butler was hurt when the car she was driving collided with a tractor-trailer in a construction zone on Route 422 at the Lyndora interchange.Greenwood Village volunteer firefighters freed Wissman from the car and a Butler Ambulance service crew treated her before taking her to Butler Memorial Hospital. Her condition was not known this morning.7:11 a.m. Wednesday — Vehicles driven by Zachary Tomasovic, 19, and Thomas Rumbaugh, 18, both of Butler, collided on Route 8 near the Greater Butler Mart.7:11 a.m. Wednesday — A vehicle driven by Kathyryn Eberle, 21, of Butler slid out of control on wet North Duffy Road, hitting an embankment, a mailbox and a brick column.

9:25 p.m. Sunday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Dana A. Bowser, 26, of Templeton struck an embankment and rolled over several times before ending on its side on Olean Road in Madison Township.4:30 p. m. Sunday — Matthew A. Buffington, 24, of Butler and Jaunell P. McNeal, 20, of Pittsburgh were arrested after they were found with suspected crack cocaine and heroin in a vehicle parked behind an empty building on Ferndale Road in Manor Township.Police found about 7 grams of suspected crack, two bundles of suspected heroin and a drug smoking pipe. Both men were arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $25,000 bail each.

Wednesday — Someone on Tuesday and Wednesday stole industrial hydraulic pumps, bulldozer parts and other equipment parts from Carlson Mining on Millbridge Road in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County.
