1:09 p.m. Friday — A car owned by Regina M. Heck of Butler was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle while it was parked along North McKean Street near East Penn Street, damaging the passenger side between 6 p.m. Thursday and 1:09 p.m. Friday.

11 a.m. Tuesday — Two 14-year-old boys were charged with theft, receiving stolen property and scattering rubbish after they allegedly took mail from boxes in the Highfield area.

1:58 a.m. Aug 21 — Linda Bish, 21, of Ford City was arrested under suspicion of DUI following a traffic stop.
