12:06 a.m. Thursday — Justin W. Charlton, 29, of Butler was charged with DUI after he lost control of his motorcycle while revving it on East Locust Street. Charlton suffered a broken ankle when the bike slipped into gear and sped out from under him.5:34 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Rita A. Green, 88, of Butler and a car driven by Marianne Laborie, 51, of Butler collided at the intersection of Brown and Michael avenues. Both drivers suffered minor injuries.9:59 a.m. Wednesday — A vehicle owned by Kevin J. Reynolds of Butler was struck by a black hit-and-run vehicle while it was parked along West Brady Street near Mitchell Avenue.6:42 p.m. Aug. 28 — William H. Anderson, 35, of Butler was charged with DUI, driving on the right side of the road and driving while privilege is suspended following a traffic stop on West Diamond Street.

6:10 p.m. Wednesday — Kimberly Shannon, 28, of Pittsburgh was arrested under suspicion of DUI following a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Worth Township.11:42 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Virginia S. Easley, 67, of Florida and a vehicle driven by Gill S. Hirdaypal, 48, of Grove City collided at the intersection of Route 173 and Stoughton Road in Slippery Rock Township. No one was injured, and Easley was cited for vehicles turning left.8:05 p.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by Joshua B. Albright, 32, of Butler and a pickup truck driven by Clair A. Gustafson, 42, of Fenelton collided at the intersection of Old Route 422 and W. Liberty Road in Clearfield Township. Gustafson and a 15-year-old girl in her truck suffered minor injuries. Albright, who was not injured, was cited for a traffic violation.8 p.m. Monday — Ivan A. Alicea, 43, of Butler was charged with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly hit his 13-year-old stepson.8:30 a.m. July 20 — Two 17-year-old Butler boys were charged with theft and criminal mischief after they allegedly removed wheels and tires from a salvage vehicle and broke its windows at Marshall Offstein Auto Sales and Towing in Oakland Township between 5 p.m. July 17 and 8:30 a.m. July 20.

2:07 p.m. Wednesday — Jason Thomas Poljak, 32, of Kittanning was charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance after police allegedly discovered six bags of heroin in his possession following a traffic stop on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township.
