Michael Wolski of Evans City received the PNC Technologies Scholarship for the 2009-2010 school year at Penn State University. He is majoring in information sciences and technology with an option in integration and application, with a minor in German. Wolski expects to graduate in May 2011.A 2007 graduate of Seneca Valley Senior High School, he is the son of Jeffrey and Susan Wolski.———
