1 p.m. July 12 — John Petrurulo, 25, of Butler was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and two counts theft by deception after he admitted to police that he entered an apartment at 108 Second Ave. through an open door and took a computer, a PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 2 games, then sold the items to a store.
5 p.m. Thursday — Brooke D. Williams, 22, of Butler was cited for retail theft after she allegedly tried to leave Wal-Mart on New Castle Road without paying for $29 worth of items.2:15 p.m. Thursday — Brooke Donelson, 24, of Butler was charged with felony retail theft after she allegedly tried to steal DVDs from Wal-Mart. Donelson is in Butler County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail.10:55 a.m. Thursday — Lori Michaels, 37, of Butler was cited for retail theft after she allegedly failed to pay for items at Wal-Mart.
