5:21 a.m. May 1 — Jennifer Lee Smith, 31, of Butler was charged with three counts of bad checks after she allegedly wrote three checks totaling $1,074 to Robert Kwalwasser of Butler.

6 p.m. Thursday — A yellow, 1989 Suzuki RM dirt bike was found off Schoup Road in Richland Township. The owner should call police at 814-226-1710 to claim the bike.
