8:37 p.m. Friday — James Lassiter, 20, of Oil City was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle and driving under suspension after the car he was driving without permission allegedly struck several other vehicles along East Brady Street.2:40 a.m. Friday — Rodney McClain, 48, of Pittsburgh was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and scattering rubbish after he allegedly struck Wayne Gilchrist of Butler over the head with two beer bottles, shattering one, in a parking lot along West North Street. Gilchrist was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for a cut on his head.10:49 p.m. Thursday — Megan Joy Kernicky, 29, and Marshal Simonic, 28, both of Pittsburgh, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after paramedics notified police of an apparent drug overdose at a West Cunningham Street residence. Police allegedly discovered an empty heroin stamp bag and a used syringe there.12:01 a.m. Thursday — Donald Bennette Deal, 26, and Jeremy Alan Deal, 25, both of Parker, were charged with simple assault and criminal conspiracy after they allegedly hit their sister during a domestic dispute at 608 W. New Castle St.

2:49 p.m. Wednesday — Kenneth Parker, 39, of Butler was cited for careless driving and driving under suspension after the box truck he was driving allegedly backed into the Sunoco station on Pittsburgh Road at Litman Road, partially caving in the corner of the building.

7:43 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Tenywa S. Bonseu, 32, of Rochester, N.Y., crashed into a guide rail along Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Bonseu was not injured.May 25 — Christopher Shayne Bowser, 23, of West Sunbury was charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and open lewdness after he allegedly yelled obscenities at a couple along North Main Street, then dropped his pants and grabbed his crotch.
