Tuesday — Three pots of flowers were reported stolen overnight from the front porch of a North McKean Street home.12:06 p.m. Monday — Cars driven by Michelina Hilliard, 22, of Butler Township and Alyson Link, 19, of Summit Township collided at Brady and Cedar streets. Police said Hilliard was cited for a stop sign violation.2:38 a.m. Thursday — Devin M. Lutz, 24, of Harmony faces a drug charge after he was found unconscious and laying on the sidewalk on Liberty Street.An officer roused Lutz but the suspect continued to have trouble remaining conscious, according to a police report. A search turned up a cigarette packing in Lutz's back pocket. Inside the pack, police said, were six prescription pills — two of the anti-anxiety drug clonazepam and four of the sleep aid zolpidem tartrate.Lutz is charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness.Thursday — Police filed drug possession charges against Tammy Lynn Michel, 30, of Butler after she was allegedly caught with suspected Fentanyl pain patches that were not prescribed to her, following a traffic stop at Route 8 South.An officer stopped Michel shortly before 2 p.m. June 10 when she was clocked driving more than double the posted 25 mph speed limit, according to a police report. A search of her purse, police said, turned up seven pain patches prescribed to a Butler man.The suspect's purse also contained a Trazodone tablet in an unmarked prescription pill bottle, police said. Trazodone is a prescribed antidepressant. Michel is charged with possession of a controlled substance and speeding.

4:19 p.m. Monday — Vehicles driven by Sherrie Montgomery, 38, of Fenelton and Jayne Chobot, 47, of Butler collided at North Main Street Extension and Fairfield Lane.

5:30 a.m. Tuesday — A suspected thief's plan to steal a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado failed when the pickup truck apparently got stuck in mud near the scene of the crime in Slippery Rock Township, police said.Jesse Lee Coburn, 23, of Butler faces a charge of theft of a vehicle for trying to make off with the truck, which had been parked at James Dickey's New Castle Street home. Dickey discovered the crime when he noticed his truck over an embankment near his garage.It appeared the pickup was caught in mud with the suspect behind the steering wheel. A police report said Coburn "did admit to trying to steal the truck."10:13 p.m. Saturday — Larry L. Maser, 57, of Butler crashed his car after swerving to avoid a deer on Interstate 79 near Ehrman Road in Cranberry Township. Police said the car rolled over and hit an embankment. Maser, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuriesSaturday — A boy's bicycle was reported stolen from his family's Oneida Valley Road home in Venango Township. The bike, a yellow, Mongoose model with five-spoke black wheels, was taken between Thursday and Saturday.4:43 p.m. June 14 — Cars driven by Autumn D. Snead, 16, of Butler and Travis B. Werner, 29, of Lafayette, La., collided at Route 356 and Marwood Road in Jefferson Township. A passenger in Snead's car, Joan L. Snead, 57, of Butler, was treated for a minor injury at Butler Memorial Hospital. Police said Snead was cited for failure to yield.

10:18 p.m. Monday — William Ronald Sasse, 24, of Chicora was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 28 in Harmar Township, Allegheny County.
