1:23 p.m. Friday — Wesley Harrison Frank Jr., 25, of Butler was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was arrested near West Wayne Street on a pair of outstanding warrants. He allegedly had five empty stamp bags and one full stamp bag of heroin in addition to a syringe.Tuesday — A 14-year-old Butler boy was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after he allegedly punched another boy in the face, breaking his nose.1:31 p.m. Monday — Rochelle Renee Dutter, 40, of Butler was charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness after she was found unconscious in a store at 135 N. Main St., allegedly in possession of an empty stamp bag of heroin.11:59 p.m. June 3 — Sara Fahad Ata Al-Anazi, 19, of Pittsburgh was charged with two counts of access device fraud after she allegedly used a credit card and a debit card belonging to Jennifer E. Torney of Butler without Torney's permission. The cards were charged for a total of $1,270.36, with an additional $472.94 in finance charges and overdraft fees between Dec. 15 2008 and April 15.

11:09 p.m. Wednesday — Shannon R. Crawford, 26, of Butler was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness after she was found unconscious in the bathroom of the Greater Butler Mart McDonald's. She was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital by ambulance.

1:21 a.m. Friday — A 17-year-old Chicora boy was charged with DUI following a traffic stop at the intersection of Herman and Giebel roads in Summit Township.11:50 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Harry G. Patrick Jr., 47, of New Castle struck a piece of debris on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township, damaging the undercarriage of the car. Patrick and his passengers, Holly Patrick, 29, of New Castle, an 8-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl were wearing seat belts and were not injured.6:35 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Samuel G. Orbin, 19, of Sarver and a pickup truck driven by Chad A. Elder, 20, of Butler collided on Route 356 near Hannahstown Road in Jefferson Township. Neither driver was injured. Orbin was cited for driving too fast for conditions.11 a.m. Tuesday — Someone broke into a concession stand belonging to the Washington Township Little League, near Oldbrick Road and Branchton Road in Washington Township, stealing several food and drink items between 11 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m. Tuesday.10:39 a.m. Tuesday — A car driven by William R. McClafferty, 83, of Butler and a pickup truck driven by John J. Gray, 40, of Butler collided on Route 356 in Butler Township. McClafferty, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries.8 a.m. Monday — Someone stole a 2003 Ford F550XL extended cab pickup truck valued at $34,900 and belonging to Truck Mart USA from the company's parking area in Prospect between 5 p.m. June 14 and 8 a.m. Monday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.2:18 p.m. June 14 — A car driven by Daniel J. Slater, 22, of Saxonburg and a car driven by Nicholas C. Phillips, 18, of Butler collided at the intersection of Dinnerbell and O'Hara roads in Jefferson Township. Both drivers were uninjured.8:08 a.m. June 14 — A car driven by Autumn R. Carcase, 20, of Bessemer and an SUV driven by Edward R. Dowd III, 34, of Slippery Rock collided at the intersection of Route 108 and West Park Road in Worth Township. Both drivers were uninjured, and Carcass was cited for failure to obey stop signs.

11:43 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Paul L. McConnell of Mercer struck a cow on Route 208 in Springfield Township. Neither McConnell nor the cow were injured.
