11:01 p.m. Thursday — Christopher Lee Klink, 24, is accused of assaulting his 51-year-old father, Alan Jay Klink, during a reported domestic dispute at their South Washington Street apartment.The suspect, who claimed he was the victim, is charged with simple assault, false reports to law enforcement authorities and harassment. He was arraigned and placed in the Butler County Prison on $2,500 bail9:53 p.m. Thursday — An unidentified vehicle struck a pickup truck parked at the Butler County Ford employee parking lot on West Wayne Street. The unknown driver did not stop after the crash.Thursday — Police filed a bad check charge against Janell Leigh Jenkins, 28, of Lyndora for allegedly bouncing a $162.02 check at the Battery Warehouse on West Cunningham Street.5:45 p.m. Wednesday — Shawn Andrew Green, 29, of Adams Township is accused of assaulting his former girlfriend and a man at a West North Street apartment.Police said Green allegedly forced his way into the apartment and attacked Stacey Lecerf, 22, and Michael Eichenauer, 26, both of Butler. The defendant also broke the woman's cell phone.Additionally, Green at one point held Eichenauer against a wall, "nearly throwing him out of a windrow," a police report said.Police on Thursday arrested Green, who was arraigned on charges of burglary and two counts each of simple assault and criminal mischief. Following arraignment, he was placed in the Butler County Prison on $5,000 bail.11:30 p.m. Tuesday — An unidentified vehicle struck a car parked at East Birch and Cedar streets, tearing off the lower portion of the car's grill. The unknown driver did not stop.
10:40 a.m. Tuesday — A safe containing money and other items was stolen in a burglary at a Center Drive home in Oakland Township.2 a.m. Sunday — Matthew N. Kaupp, 21, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 68 in Fairview Township.June 4 — An unknown thief stole from a Center Township mailbox a package containing collectible coins worth nearly $300. The theft at the community mailbox area at Baxter's Trailer Court occurred between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
3:15 a.m. Thursday — A 22-year-old woman awoke to find a burglar in her Huey Road trailer home in Toby Township. Police searched the area but could not find the unknown burglar.12:30 a.m. Sunday — An unknown suspect kicked a 36-year-old man in the face at an unknown bar in the Rimersburg area. The victim, from Rimersburg, who police did not identify, suffered serious injuries. Police did not release any other information about the investigation.
3:59 p.m. Monday — Two people were hurt when a sport utility vehicle driven by Nathan A. Spiker, 27, and a pickup truck driven by Erinn M. Chikosky, 35, both of Grove City collided on Route 208 near Route 258 in Springfield Township. Chikosky and a 10-year-old child riding in the pickup suffered minor injuries.June 9 — A maroon, 1978 Puch moped was stolen from a garage in a burglary at a Fairgrounds Road home in Sandy Lake Township.
