10:38 p.m. Friday — Brandi M. Foust, 24, was arrested for allegedly punching her 33-year-old boyfriend, Harry Goldinger, in the face during a domestic dispute at the couple's North Washington Street apartment. Foust was arraigned on a charge of simple assault, and placed in Butler County Prison on $1,500 bail.

4:10 a.m. Sunday — George Ashbaugh, 47, was arrested for driving under the influence after police found him behind the wheel of his vehicle in the Lyndora Fire Hall parking lot.He was arraigned on the DUI charge and placed in Butler County Prison on $1,500 bail, after refusing to call someone to pick him up following his arrest.Earlier in the night, a police report said, the defendant's wife, Mary Ashbaugh, was arrested for harassment following a domestic incident involving her husband.12:43 p.m. Saturday — Robert Reynolds, 34, of Sarver was arrested for DUI and driving at an unsafe speed after his vehicle struck another vehicle driven by Michele Hartman, 36, of Prospect that was stopped in traffic on New Castle Road.10:30 p.m. Friday — An unknown vehicle struck the passenger's side rear quarter panel of a black Hyundai Elantra owned by Jessica Swan while it was parked in the rear parking lot of Bon Aire Plaza off Delwood Road.Anyone with information about the accident is asked to call police at 724-285-9600.2:43 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Tracy Haas, 31, of Valencia struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Dennis Garcia, 44, of Renfrew while it was stopped in traffic on New Castle Road.The collision sent Garcia's vehicle into the rear of a vehicle driven by Michael Carson, 35, of Butler, which then hit the back of a vehicle driven by Carol Saeler, 68, of Butler. Garcia and Saeler received minor injuries but refused medical treatment.1:35 a.m. Friday — Two people riding in a maroon, two-door late 1990s Ford Explorer Sport stole $3,900 worth of shaving razors in a large bin at the Wal-Mart store in Butler Commons. Police suspect the same thieves were involved in a similar theft at the Edinboro Wal-Mart.

6 p.m. Sunday — William Russell II, 26, of Lyndora was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 68 in Forward Township.5:56 p.m. Sunday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Kathleen Zabec, 65, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, crashed into an embankment on Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Cheryl Sell, 69, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, a passenger in the SUV, suffered moderate injuries.A medical helicopter flew Sell to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh. Her condition was not known this morning.Police said Zabec was cited for a lane violation.4:35 p.m. Sunday — An unknown burglar stole money from a desk after breaking into an office trailer at GV Bioproducts on Evans City Road in Forward Township.2 a.m. Saturday — An unidentified gray Toyota hit a guardrail in the southbound lane of Route 68 before crossing the road and hitting the northbound guardrail. Police said the unknown driver drove away on Medical Center Road.1:51 a.m. Saturday — Stephanie Lynn Wells, 42, of Butler was arrested for DUI on Hinchberger Road in Summit Township.11:18 p.m. Thursday — Joseph Paul Kane, 43, of Parker was charged with simple assault and harassment after allegedly punching a Parker woman in the head and hitting her foot. The woman had several lumps on her head and possible broken bones in her foot.Kane was arraigned on charges and placed in Butler County Prison on $5,000 bail.May 19 — Money and a safe were stolen in a burglary at a South Main Street home in Chicora. The burglar broke in through a rear door sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.3:44 a.m. May 17 — Christopher J. Campbell, 30, of Petrolia was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his vehicle hit a tree along Route 268 in Parker Township. Police said Campbell fled the scene after the crash.3:01 p.m. April 21 — Michael O'Neill, 27, of Kittanning is accused of taking shingles from Cassady Pierce Co. of Saxonburg without paying for them. Police said O'Neill, who is charged with theft by deception, identified himself as an employee of Ryan Homes.

May 26 — An unknown thief between May 18 and 26 reportedly stole a black Chevrolet Corvette from a home on Route 422 in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County.
