Bush of Prospect was cited for retail theft after she allegedly tried to steal items from Giant Eagle in Moraine Pointe Plaza.2:28 a.m. Thursday — Amanda Schoeffel, 25, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence and careless driving after the vehicle she was driving crashed into a utility pole along Whitestown Road near Woodlawn Road.

6 p.m. April 26 — Tina Loeffler, 34, of Slippery Rock was charged with criminal trespass and theft of services after she allegedly deposited trash in a Dumpster at Rolling Acres Trailer Court, where she did not have permission to dump.8:05 p.m. April 25 — A car driven by Lisa J. Casey, 41, of Saxonburg crashed into a curb along Saxonburg Road in Jefferson Township. Casey was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.

1:10 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Jerome J. Cowan, 75, of New Castle and an SUV driven by Stephanie M. Miller, 28, of New Castle collided on Route 422 near Route 388 in Slippery Rock Township. Cowan suffered moderate injuries and Miller suffered a minor injury. Cowan was cited for a traffic violation.
