Tuesday — Someone between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. took a 40-inch HDTV, jewelry and silverware from the home of Margaret D. Beall on McCandless Road, Center Township. The burglar entered the home by breaking out a basement window.9:30 p.m. Monday — Police arrested Robert Joseph Fey, 62, of Mars for driving under the influence along Park Road in Middlesex Township.1:36 p.m. Saturday — Cecelia M. Skurko, 75, of Brackenridge was treated for minor injuries after her car went into a field and into a ditch. Police report that Skurko tried to push her Chevrolet Corsica from Route 228 in Clinton Township after it stopped running. The car began drifting down a hill and went into the field. She was taken to Allegheny Valley Hospital by ambulance.Friday — Clyde T. Keith, 48, of Slippery Rock took a vehicle without permission that belonged to Cheryl McCoy, also of Slippery Rock, according to police. Keith later returned the vehicle.March 25 — Robert J. Novak Jr. of Muddy Creek Township reported that someone used his debit card information without his permission.March 22 — Someone between Nov. 1 and this date took a black leather saddle bag, a black and orange half helmet, and a blue jean jacket from 192 Reiber Road, Connoquenessing Township.
2:05 a.m. Monday — Jeremy Oesterling, 30, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence and careless driving after his vehicle was observed speeding and weaving in and out of traffic on Route 8 and Hansen Avenue.Butler3:15 p.m. Sunday — Police recovered two reserved parking signs. The owner can claim the property at the police station.
