Frank 65th anniversary

Dorothy and Howard Frank Jr.

Howard Jr. and Dorothy Frank of Butler celebrated 65 years of marriage Feb. 21 with a family dinner at the Garden Gate Restaurant in Prospect.

Frank married the former Dorothy Everly on Feb. 21, 1944, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Carnegie.

They have four children, Howard Frank III of West Sunbury, Gary Frank of Slippery Rock, Linda Graham of Butler and Pamela Reges of Butler.

They also have seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

Frank is retired from working for 36 years as a tool and die maker for Pullman Standard and five years for Butler Fabricating. He served in the U.S. Marines during World War II and belongs to the William H. Miller Lodge 769 and the East Butler Firemen's Association.

Mrs. Frank, as a homemaker, belongs to the Order of the Eastern Star 45 and the East Butler Firemen's Ladies Auxiliary.

The Franks attend St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
