Thursday — Police charged Renee L. Simons, 42, of Butler for filing a false report to law enforcement authorities in connection with a theft report she made Feb. 25.Tuesday — Mark A. Graham, 46, of Butler is accused of using another Butler man's bank debit card March 11 to withdraw $165. Police said Graham admitted he took the money and used it buy alcohol. He is charged with access device fraud.12:48 p.m. Sunday — Jacquelyn S. O'malley, 38, of Kent, Ohio, was arrested for driving under the influence on Jefferson Street. She also was cited for making an illegal left turn.

11:57 p.m. Wednesday — Terry Caldwell, 59, of Valencia was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 8 south of Butler. Caldwell also was cited for speeding.2:09 a.m. Wednesday — Jared White, 23, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 8 south of Butler. White also was cited for speeding, illegally entering or crossing a road and a lane violation.
