Wednesday — Police identified and charged William C. Foster Jr., 42, of Butler as the man in a case of suspected road rage Feb. 27 in the Butler Commons parking lot.Foster allegedly was involved in a near accident with another vehicle, apparently occupied by two 18-year-old men, about 10 p.m. outside the Wal-Mart in Butler Township, police said.The suspect yelled at the teens and followed them into the store. He allegedly hit the 18-year-olds and left. Foster is charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.7:30 a.m. Tuesday — Michael Sean Gayhart, 26, of Lyndora was arrested in connection with a domestic dispute on Hansen Avenue. Gayhart is charged with simple assault and harassment. He was placed in the Butler County Prison for a probation violation.

12:08 p.m. Sunday — A minivan driven by Paul Covert, 78, of East Butler collided with one car before hitting another car on Old Route 422 in Clearfield Township. Nicholas J. Lewis, 60, who suffered a minor injury, and Mathew J. Walker, 21, both of Fenlton, were driving the cars.Julie Walker, 39, of Butler, a passenger in Walker's car, also suffered a minor injury. Covert was cited for a stop sign violation and careless driving

4:26 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Joshua A. Cobb, 24, of Streetsboro, Ohio, crashed and rolled over on Interstate 80 in Allegheny Township, Butler County. He was cited for careless driving.
