Cumberland, 18, of Renfrew collided on Whitestown Avenue at Picklegate Crossing. 2:15 a.m. Sunday — Lonny Douglas Riggs, 40, of Mercer was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 19 and Creek Road in Springfield Township.5:30 p.m. Friday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Stephen G. Becker, 49, of Clarks Mills struck a mailbox and tree before overturning on Route 173 in Worth Township. Police said Becker, who was wearing a seat belt and suffered a minor injury, was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
