10:20 a.m. Friday — Someone broke into a home in the 200 block of Evans City Road, stealing eight rings, change, prescription medication and other items. Anyone with information should call police at 724-285-9600.

James Martin Hynes Jr., 32, of Cowansville was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence following a crash on Route 268 near Pence Road in Sugarcreek Township, Armstrong County. Hynes and the driver of the second vehicle, Bryan Robert Bane, 22, of East Brady, were not injured.

5:21 p.m. March 7 — An ATV operated by Harold Teeny of Slippery Rock crashed along Route 308 in Cherry Township. Teeny was taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital for precautionary reasons.

5:32 p.m. Thursday — Paul Gregory Kukic, 26, of Turtle Creek was arrested for driving under the influence and allegedly was in possession of 1.5 pounds of marijuana following a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Plain Grove Township, Lawrence County.
