9:57 p.m. Tuesday — Larry Wayne Koebler, 60, of West Sunbury is accused of firing a gun toward another man during an altercation at a Mahood Road home in Clay Township.Koebler was arguing with 22-year-old Robert Connors of West Sunbury when he allegedly grabbed the other man by the shirt and began "firing shots in the direction of (Connors) as he was fleeing from the residence,"a police report said.No one was injured, police said. The suspect is charged with reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.5:40 p.m. Tuesday — A safe was found on Lardintown Road in Clinton Township. The owner can claim the property by calling police at 724-284-8100.Tuesday — Police warned residents of Summit Township that unknown individuals are placing debris on Route 356 in the area of Bricker Road "in an attempt to cause traffic hazards."The incidents, police said, usually are happening on weekends. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.2:35 p.m. Monday — An unknown man stole 12 women's Versace eyeglasses from the Pearl Vision store in the Clearview Mall, Center Township.The thief is described as white and in his early 20s. He has a slim build and wore a diamond earring in his left ear. He also was wearing a blue, red and orange sweatshirt and baggy blue jeans.Monday — An unknown thief stole a hood assembly from a white, 1995 GMC Topkick pickup truck parked at Truckmart USA on New Castle Road in Jefferson Township. The theft occurred between noon Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday.

Monday — About 75 pieces of 5/8-inch plywood were stolen in a weekend theft at the Butler Crossing construction site. Tri-C Construction owns the stolen property that was taken between Saturday and early Monday morning.
