7:41 p.m. Thursday — A vehicle driven by Daniel Gibson, 21, of Butler crashed into a fallen tree along Delwood Road. Gibson, who had to be extricated from the vehicle by firefighters, was taken by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, where he is in stable condition.

2:36 a.m. Saturday — Jesse Reigh, 27, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of McKean and East Wayne streets in Butler.1:22 a.m. Saturday — Adam J. Karch, 22, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Herman Road in Summit Township.4 p.m. Friday — Someone broke into the home at 675 Bullcreek Road in Jefferson Township, stealing various items valued at $4,000, and belonging to Bernard William Shulik of Butler, between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Friday. Mabold, 19, of West Sunbury crashed into a tree along South Benbrook Road near Lions Road in Center Township. Reed Jr. of Butler from a garage on Game reserve Road in Clearfield Township between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.12:01 p.m. Monday — Someone stole a handgun valued at $300 and belonging to Kenneth Fisher of Saxonburg from his residence along Monks Road in Clinton Township between Dec. 31 and 12:01 p.m. Monday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.6:51 p.m. Sunday — A SUV driven by Sara E. Scarpino, 29, of Evans City crashed into a utility pole along Route 268 in Donegal Township. Sara Scarpino and passengers Dominick Scarpino, 57; Loraine Scarpino, 56; a 7-year-old boy, and a 6-year-old boy, all of Evans City, were not injured.1:30 a.m. Feb. 6 — James Peter Sullivan, 35, of Chicora was charged with simple assault after he allegedly punched Justin Scherer of East Brady at the Millerstown Inn in Chicora.
