Julie Musser and Matthew McGarrity

An Aug. 22 wedding is being planned by Julie Musser and Matthew McGarrity, both of Washington, Pa.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Roger and Debbie Musser of Shanksville. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Gary and Suzanne McGarrity of Valencia.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Shanksville-Stoneycreek High School and a 2007 graduate of Waynesburg University. She works as a fourth-grade teacher for Trinity School District in Washington.

Her fiancé graduated in 2002 from Mars High School and in 2006 from Waynesburg University. He works as a plant manager for Cintas Corp. in Bridgeville.
