3:46 p.m. Tuesday — Lorri Carol Reay, 42, of Karns City is accused of shoplifting merchandise from the Kmart store at Pullman Square. Police allege she stole some items and switched the bar codes of other items she paid for, before driving away.A police report said that Reay has two prior convictions for retail theft.State Police,Butler12:05 a.m. today — Apickup truck driven by Darin Radwanski, 25, of Chicora crashed into a large tree at Kittanning and Grandview streets in Chicora. Police said Radwanski suffered a moderate head injury. The extent of his medical treatment was not known this morning.11:32 a.m. Wednesday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Erin Behrens, no age given, of Chicora and a car driven by Harry Roth, no age given, of Lyndora collided on Route 68 in Chicora.7:50 a.m. Wednesday — An SUV driven by Kathleen Barto, 54, of Butler struck a metal sign along ice-covered Route 68 in Donegal Township.4:41 p.m. Tuesday — Raymond Lee Gamble Jr., 55, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he crashed hispickup truck on Eagle Mill Road in Connoquenessing Township.Tuesday — A12-foot aluminum trailer with ramp, valued at $2,500, was stolen from Davis Cycle Sales on New Castle Road in Franklin Township. The theft occurred between 6 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.

6:38 p.m. Wednesday — Apickup truck driven by Andrew N. Shumaker, 54, of New Bethlehem, Clarion County crashed into an embankment on Interstate 80. Police said Shumaker, who suffered a minor injury, was cited for a lane violation.

6:31 a.m. Wednesday — Acar driven by John W. Buzard IV, 47, of Kittanning rear-ended another car on snow-covered Route 28 in South Buffalo Township. Police said Buzard was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Nancy L. Rupert, 52, of Ford City was driving the other car.6:47 a.m. Monday — Gregory S. Simpson II, 23, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County was cited for driving too fast for conditions after his car struck the back of a car, driven by Kevin S. Snyder, 42, of Freeport, on Route 28 in Frazer Township, Allegheny County.
