Esther J. Dick-Wolfe, 97, of Zelienople died Wednesday at Creek Meadows Personal Assisted Living, Franklin Township.

Born Sept. 5, 1911, in Muddy Creek Township, she was the daughter of the late Blaine and Susan Bauder Shidemantle.

A school teacher for 33 years, Mrs. Wolfe taught in Butler, Lawrence and Beaver counties.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Portersville.

She is survived by a son, David A. Dick and his wife, Linda, of Beaver; a daughter, Donna A. Ford and her husband, Donald, of Palmer, Alaska; a brother, Richard Shidemantle of Conneautville; two sisters, Grace Cheeseman and Ruby McNickol, both of Portersville; and four grandchildren, Jessica Dick, Jason Dick, Ryan Ford and Jeffrey Ford.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur M. Dick, who died Jan. 17, 1980, and her second husband, Charles H. Wolfe, who died April 18, 1992.

Dick-Wolfe, who died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the <B>Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services</B>, 219 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with her pastor, the Rev. Dana Opp, officiating. Burial will be in the Portersville Presbyterian Church Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Presbyterian Church of Portersville, 1297 Perry Highway, P.O.
