Mildred R. Miller
Mildred R. Miller, 94, of Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of East Jefferson Street and Newhaven Court, died at 7 a.m. Tuesday at Sunnyview.
Born June 5, 1914, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Earl I. Meeder and the late Etta Eberhart Meeder.
Mrs. Miller retired as the secretary for St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
She was a member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, where she was a member of the Schramm Bible Class and the women's organization and was a former primary Sunday school teacher.
Mrs. Miller also was a volunteer aide at Butler Memorial Hospital for more than 20 years.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her daughter, Raylene E. Miller of Columbus, Ohio; her two sons and their wives, Donald P. and Judy Miller of Butler and Wayne R. and Cindy Miller of Harrisburg; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren, eight step-great-grandchildren; one step-great-great-granddaughter; two brothers and their wives, the Rev. Donald E. and Patty Meeder of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Paul R. and Twila Meeder of Chicora; and five nephews.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond A. Miller, who passed away Sept. 15, 1996.

North St. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Alden Towberman of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating.
