Clara M. Wilson
Clara M. Wilson, 89, formerly of East Brady, died Monday at the Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Piney Township, Clarion County.
Born May 10, 1919, in Bradys Bend Township, Armstrong County, she was the daughter of Edward L. and Mabel F. (Kaylor) Zeitler.
She was the wife of the late George K. Wilson, whom she married Dec. 18, 1937. He died Jan. 24, 1991.
She attended the Kaylor School and was a 1937 graduate of East Brady High School.
Mrs. Wilson enjoyed cooking, baking, traveling and auctions.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, East Brady.
Surviving are six sons, James L. Wilson of Memphis, Tenn., Richard E. Wilson of Coffee Creek, Mont., Kenneth A. Wilson of Brady Township, Clarion County, David G. Wilson of Parker, Gregory F. Wilson of Fairview, Butler County and Robert E. Wilson of Chicora; four daughters, Martha Reed of Bruin, Margaret Szutu of LaFolletta, Calif., Marion Hall of West Sunbury and Maxine Sullivan of Parker; and two sisters, Lida Blanche King of Grove City and Mary Alice Wiles of Ford City. Also surviving are 32 grandchildren and 33 great-Grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, a daughter, four brothers, a sister and five grandchildren.
<B>WILSON</B> — Friends of Clara M. Wilson, who died Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Charles B. Buechele Funeral Home</B>, 105 Fourth St., East Brady. Visitation also will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the First Presbyterian Church, East Brady, where services will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Jack Moriarty, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of East Brady, officiating. Burial will be at the North Butler Cemetery, Oakland Township.
