Ruth V. Miller
Ruth V. Miller, 79, of Marana, Ariz., formerly of Butler, died Friday afternoon at her home.
She was born in Butler, March 21, 1929, a daughter of the late George and Alice Rule Bole.
She moved from Butler to Marana, Ariz., in 1973, and for nine years, she was a bus driver for the Marana Unified School District.
She was a member of the Bread of Life Assembly of God Church in Marana.
Her first husband, Wilbert L. Grove Sr., died Aug. 24, 1967. She married James A. Miller on Nov. 4, 1968, and he died July 30, 1991.
As the last surviving member of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by four brothers, William Bole, George Bole, Alfred Bole and Edward Bole; and three sisters, Elizabeth Beers, Alice Filippone and Margaret Williams.
Surviving are three sons, the Rev. Wilbert L. Grove and Keith K. Grove, both of Marana, Ariz., and Gary J. Grove of Petrolia; eight grandchildren, Tammy Hawrylak, Edward Grove, Faith Brandt, Nicholas Grove, Heather Chadwell, Jeanette Ginn, Crystal Grove and Jennifer Grove; and 15 great-grandchildren.
<B>MILLER </B>— Friends of Ruth V. Miller, who died Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St. A funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Dennis Thompson, pastor of Hope Assembly of God in Aliquippa, and Ruth Miller's son, the Rev. Wilbert L.
