Alfred Amino, 80, of Mars died at 9 p.m. Saturday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born May 27, 1928, in Mars, he was the son of Joseph Amino and Margaret Erra Amino.

He was a member of St. Kilian Parish Church in Mars. He was a U.S. veteran of World War II, and had been a member of the Mars American Legion and the VFW.

He has no known survivors.

He was preceded in death by his brother.
