2:49 p.m. Friday — Someone stole $60 worth of kitchen supplies from a storage locker at an apartment on Greenview Drive and belonging to Dana L. Liebler of Butler.11:10 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Randy Kutsch, 27, of Sarver struck a deer along North Main Street near Dingham Road. Kutsch suffered a minor injury. Her passenger, Robert Walker, 58, of Sarver was not injured.3:08 p.m. Wednesday — Someone entered an unlocked Jeep belonging to Amy Bodema of Butler and stole an MP3 player valued at $45 and several CDs valued at $10 while it was parked along Third Avenue.

5 p.m. Wednesday — Janell Jenkins, 27, of Lyndora was charged with retail theft after she allegedly was caught gathering merchandise and trying to return it with old receipts at the Wal-Mart in Butler Commons. Jenkins also was cited for defiant trespass, as she had been banned from the Wal-Mart after a 2007 arrest there, according to police.4:56 p.m. Tuesday — A pickup truck driven by Mary Nanni, 44, of Butler and a pickup truck driven by Marc Panichelle, 36, of Butler collided on Route 8 at the entrance to Burger King. Nanni was cited for vehicle entering or crossing the roadway.1:18 p.m. Tuesday — Someone stole assorted power tools from a van parked in the lot of Wal-Mart at Butler Commons. Anyone with information should call police at 724-285-9600.10:18 p.m. Tuesday — Gary Fair, 36, of Portersville was charged with driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road after a traffic stop on Highfield Road.

10:30 p.m. Tuesday — A pickup truck driven by William C. Chess, 38, of Mercer crashed into a utility pole along Route 318 in Lackawannock Township. Chess was not injured and was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.
