Blythe (Billie) Winne, 98, a Maryland resident for nine years and previously of Butler and Ohio, died Nov. 3 of natural causes.

She worked as a library clerk on the bookmobile in Jefferson County, Ohio.

She was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Wintersville, Ohio, and she volunteered with the Salvation Army.

Survivors are Charles "Larry" Winne of New Jersey, Mary "Mimi" Larkin of Glen Burnie, Md., Carol Milberg of Kingston, Ontario, Canada; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles K. Merrill Winne.
