8:51 p.m. Thursday — Witnesses reported seeing a silver van back into a maroon van at Skate Castle, 182 New Castle Road. The silver van left the scene but was identified by the vehicle's registration. Police request the driver of the maroon van contact them at 724-285-9443.11:14 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Jeffery Madison, 41, of Harrisville and a pickup truck driven by Karen Salsgiver, 36, of Templeton collided on New Castle Road near the Butler Commons entrance. No one was injured. Anyone who witnessed the crash should call police at 724-285-9600.10:56 a.m. Wednesday — Joshua A. Mann, 28, and Emily Nicole Vangorder, 20, both of Butler, were charged with theft of services after they allegedly walked out of Eat 'N' Park without paying the $19.14 check for their meals.

11:30 p.m. Friday — Brittney Piekarski, 20, of Portersville was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic accident at the intersection of Branchton and Harrisville roads in Cherry Township.5 p.m. Friday — Someone caused $200 in damage to a car belonging to Alicia Ann Heinbaugh of Slippery Rock and stole deer whistlers off of it valued at $6 while it was parked at a residence on Woodbridge Drive in Slippery Rock between 8 p.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.1 p.m. Friday — Sondra L. Hornicak, 67, of Slippery Rock was charged with retail theft after she allegedly took a boneless chuck roast valued at $10 without paying from the Butler Farm Market on Evans City Road in Connoquenessing Township.11:45 a.m. Friday — An SUV driven by Jessica L. Watts, 22, of Pittsburgh, a car driven by Iverson F. Greaves Sr., 56, of Snellville, Ga., and a tractor-trailer driven by Dale D. Douglas, 56, of Port Vue collided on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. Greaves and his passenger, Michael Wengryn, 30, of Zelienople, as well as Douglas, were not injured. Watts suffered a minor injury and was cited for driving too fast for conditions.4:15 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Christopher A. Weber, 24, of Butler crashed into several rocks in a yard on Shannon Street in Connoquenessing. Weber, who was not injured, was cited for driving at unsafe speed and expired inspection.

2:25 p.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by Robin A. Whitfield, 48, of Worthington and a vehicle driven by Destyne J. Ford, 19, no address given, collided at the intersection of Main and Cherry streets in Worthington, Armstrong County. Ford suffered a minor injury.

8 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Jamie L. Johnson, 26, of Rochester, Beaver County, struck a deer on Interstate 80 in Clinton Township, Venango County. Johnson and her passenger Deanna Reese, 33, of Renfrew were not injured.
