Ruth E. Coon Paracca, 68, of Gibsonia, Adams Township, died Sunday afternoon at the Good Samaritan Hospice House in Marshall Township.

Born March 22, 1940, in Valencia, she was the daughter of David and Margaret Mills Coon.

She was a member of St. Ferdinand Roman Catholic Church in Cranberry Township and attended St. Kilian Roman Catholic Church in Mars.

A homemaker, Ruth had been a member of the Mars Women's Club.

She is survived by three sons, Gary Paracca and his wife, Nanette, of Fombell, Kenneth Paracca and his wife, Jayne, of Valencia, and Michael Paracca and his wife, Christine, of Fombell; grandchildren, Anthony, Kristina, Karli, Donnie and Isabella Paracca; and two sisters, Marion Toomey and her husband, Dave, of Gibsonia, and Geraldine Tisdale-Francione and her husband, Lou, of Valencia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald H. Paracca, who died in 1994.
