Jeffrey L. Hart Sr.
Jeffrey L. Hart Sr., 66, of Route 588, Fombell, Marion Township, died Friday following an accident at his residence.
Born in New Brighton, July 7, l942, he was a son of the late Leroy and Lois Palmer Hart.
A 1960 graduate of Lincoln High School, he retired from Roach and Ziegler in Zelienople, where he was a carpenter.
Jeff was a life member of the North Sewickley Presbyterian Church. He also was a member of the Riverside Lions, the Big Knob Antique Tractor Club, the Portersville Steam Engine Club and the Moraine Tractor Cruisers Club.
Jeff was an avid hunter and fisherman and lived for his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Joyce V. Rossi Hart, who he married Aug. 12, 1960; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Reneta Hart Jr. of North Sewickley Township; a daughter and son-in-law, Jill and Ed Weaver of Daugherty Township; four grandchildren, Hillary and Justin Hart and Dylan and Madison Weaver; one brother and his wife, Gary and Helen Hart of Fombell; a sister-in-law, Antoinette Foreman of New Castle; a brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Iram Rossi of Tionesta; and a number of nieces and nephews.
<B>HART</B> — Friends of Jeffrey L. Hart Sr., who died Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 10 until the 11 a.m. service on Tuesday at the <B>Marshall Funeral Home</B>, 200 Fountain Ave., Ellwood City. The Rev. Don Aull of the North Sewickley Presbyterian Church will officiate. Interment will be at the North Sewickley Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be made to the North Sewickley Presbyterian Church or to the Riverside Lions Club.
