Annabelle Shaw
Annabelle Shaw, 87, formerly of the Cliffside Apartments in Butler, died Saturday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born Dec. 29, 1920, in East Brady, she was a daughter of the late Preston and Anna Hoover Willison.
Annabelle was a homemaker, mother and grandmother and was Methodist in faith.
She enjoyed bingo and playing cards and especially loved being with her grandchildren.
She was a World War II veteran of the Army.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Gloria and Gary Campbell of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and a son, John L. Shaw of Fenelton. Nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive her.
Her son, James Shaw, preceded her in death in February 2007.
