1:20 p.m. Friday — An SUV driven by Patricia A. Felsing, 47, of Butler was struck by a hit-and-run driver. As Felsing attempted to pull onto South Main Street from a parking space near West Jefferson Street, a Chevrolet Blazer driven by a young woman with dark hair backed into her vehicle then fled the scene.

8:03 p.m. Friday — Larry A. Dittmer, 41, of Butler was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop along Route 422 near Geibel Road in Summit Township.12:19 p.m. Friday — A Jeep driven by John J. Halagich, 32, of Butler and a car driven by Lindsay J. Wetzel, 22, of Butler collided on Route 68 near Goose Haven Lane in Connoquenessing Township. Halagich and his passenger, Nichole M. Saeler, 35, of Butler were not injured. Wetzel was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.7:10 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Ronald E. Moore, III, 22, of Johnstown struck a deer along Interstate 79 near Burnside Road in Muddy Creek Township.

1:04 a.m. Friday — Jennifer N. Healey, 21, of Sarver and James N. Valenti, 25, of Pittsburgh were each charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic accident on Route 28 in Buffalo Township.

11:05 p.m. Friday — A tractor-trailer driven by Eduardo Guajardo, 53, of Washington state swerved to avoid a deer, left the road and rolled onto its side along Interstate 79 near Pollocks State Road in Plain Grove Township. Guajardo was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
