Myers

Cathy Jo Myers, 33, of Alameda, Calif., died suddenly at 9:34 a.m. Wednesday at Oakland Hospital in California.

She was born in Pittsburgh, July 25, 1975.

She graduated from Springdale High School in 1993 and received a bachelor's degree in computer science from York College of Pennsylvania in 1997.

She was an information technology specialist, under contract with DEA since 1997, and had worked in Thailand.

She enjoyed baking and traveling.

Surviving are her parents, Richard and Esta Mae Jacques Laughner of Butler; her father, Leroy J. Myers of Murrysville; her twin sister, Carrie Ann Myers of Harrisburg; two brothers, William Myers (Marsha) of Bernville and Robert Myers (Jennifer) of Landisville; her maternal grandparents, Albert and Donna Jacques of Buffalo Township; nephews Billy and Austin Myers and Nathan and Mathew Myers; and a niece, Brittany Myers.
