William L. Forsyth, 77, of Valencia, Middlesex Township, died Thursday.

Born Jan. 17, 1931, in Turtle Creek, he was a son of the late Jean (Walker) Forsyth.

Until his retirement in 1992, William worked as a mechanic for 35 years for Cummings Diesel.

He was the beloved husband of the late Jean T. (Goldner) Forsyth, who passed away Sept. 2; loving father of Diane (Tom) Baldrige of North Huntington and Rhonda (Walter) Cyktich of Georgia; and dear grandfather of Thomas Baldrige, Alyson (John) Belvin and Chelsea, Kylie and Hannah Cyktich. Also surviving is a one dear great-granddaughter, Sydney Belvin.
